FC Groningen defender Virgil van Dijk is hoping his potential move to Celtic is soon sorted.
The Holland U21 international has emerged as a target for the Hoops and he wants his club and the Scottish champions to come to an agreement on a transfer fee.
"Celtic is a fantastic club and a step up for me," he told De Telegraaf.
"I now have to wait until the clubs agree."
It is believed that Celtic have had two bids rejected by Groningen with the most recent being for £1.8million.
