Gremio remain confident of bringing AC Milan attacker Ronaldinho back to the club.
Ronaldinho has left Milan's Middle East training camp to return to Brazil and finalise his move away.
"Nothing has been decided over Ronaldinho's future, but we remain optimistic," Gremio Vice-President Antonio Vicente Martins declared.
"I will not comment on certain speculation, but I can say agent Roberto De Assis is not sparking any bidding war. As far as we are concerned, the negotiations continue as normal."
