Mike Grella scored his second goal for new club Scunthorpe United in their league defeat to Crewe Alexandra on Tuesday night.
The American striker, who netted in the amazing 5-5 League Cup clash with Derby County just over a week ago, was able to open his League One account for the Iron.
Grella levelled for Scunthorpe in the 15th minute before Crewe scored a second through Luke Murphy to give the visitors a win in the second league fixture of the campaign.
The loss left the Iron sitting at the bottom of the League One table after their 3-0 opening weekend loss to Crawley Town.
