QPR goalkeeper Robert Green says they lacked fighting spirit for their 4-0 rout at Tottenham.
The keeper was picking the ball out of his three times before half time, and had to suffer a fourth stroked past him in the second 45 minutes.
He said: "We didn't make it hard for them, and that was evident in the scoreline.
"Not to be on it, was the most disappointing. When we were last season we were a tough team to beat.
"If we're not at it, we're going to be beaten by teams no matter what system we play.
"If we're not defending as a unit, it's going to be along afternoon. We lost to Hull last week, using that formation and had the majority of play through being positive - today we weren't."
