QPR goalkeeper Robert Green has called for patience from fans.
Rs boss Harry Redknapp brought in 11 players during the summer, while allowing another nine to leave, and Green insists his team-mates are yet to fully understand each other's abilities.
"People need to get to know the Premier League and how to play with each other," said the Rangers keeper after Saturday's 2-2 draw against Stoke. "You've got people from different walks of life. You have got Mauricio [Isla] coming from Italy after playing for Chile and then Caulks [Steven Caulker] having been in a relegation struggle last season to Rio having played for Manchester United.
"You look at the midfield and we have gone through about six midfielders in two games, so it is frustrating. It is part and parcel of football but scoring first is key because the pressure is off you and you can then dictate the game."
