Grealish 'buzzing' Man City back to winning ways

Manchester City forward Jack Grealish has dismissed any concerns about a crisis at the club.

The winger was back to scoring ways by netting the winner in a 2-1 success over Luton Town on Sunday.

City, who had not won the previous four league games, are now within four points of top spot.

"Listen, I think a lot of people like to talk about City and go on about it being a big crisis," he said post-game to reporters.

"In reality we have played against very good teams; we have played Spurs who have been unbelievable, Liverpool who are top of the league and then we played Chelsea and Aston Villa away who have got one of the best records in the whole of Europe.

“We have played brilliant teams, won one and drew three, it is not the end of the world but people like to pretend it is sometimes."

On the game this weekend, he added: "In ourselves we knew we had to keep calm and I am buzzing to get back to winning ways.

“We knew it was going to be one of those [tough] games and fair play to them [Luton], they are a really good team and a lot better than people give them credit for.

“I think coming here to this ground it is difficult, but luckily we got the job done."
