Pundit Andy Gray has launched a scathing attack on the match officials in the Premier League.
Gray was furious at how Nottingham Forest were beaten by Liverpool through a late Darwin Nunez goal.
A late game incident saw the play stopped for a head injury when a Liverpool player went down, while Forest had possession.
After the incident, Liverpool were given the ball by the referee, not Forest.
Gray told Bein Sports: “Give it back to the team in possession, that's the whole idea of it.
“You can't take the ball away from a team in possession in the last third and just say to the opponent 'Here you go, you've got the football'.
“That's nonsense. They were furious, they put so much into it, they had really worked so hard. Extremely hard."
Colleague Richard Keys added: “It's a basic refereeing error and it shouldn't happen at this level."
