Granada striker Matej Vydra is leaving for Watford.

Vydra endured an injury-ravaged 2011/12 campaign, but is convinced that he can make a positive impact at Watford.

"I see this as a big opportunity and I can't wait to play," he said.

"Watford is in London and the second division in England is a great competition.

"Hopefully I will win a place in the starting line-up. I'm hungry for football after last season was marred by injury.

"I feel fit and the knee is keeping together. I hope myself and Dan will be good assets for Watford."
