Yoan Gouffran says Newcastle United's players are still playing for manager Alan Pardew.
The Frenchman admits the players are aware of the anti-Pardew chants coming from the terraces.
"We have to work not only for the manager, but also the club and the fans," Gouffran admitted. "We have to do the best and try to win.
"We understand the fans - they were disappointed and a little bit angry.
"But we have to look forward and give 100 per cent for the club.
"We want to win and take points."
