Chelsea striker Michy Batshuayi appeared to be saying goodbye to Valencia players and staff at training yesterday.

After defeat to Sporting Gijon in their Copa del Rey first-leg tie, Los Che coach Marcelino slaughtered Batshuayi suggesting his finishing wasn't up to 'Primera nor Valencia' standards.

Now, it's expected the Chelsea striker's season-long loan will be cut short this week.

And fueling the talk was Batshuayi's actions at training yesterday, where he was seen waving at the media.

The striker was among the last players to leave training and appeared to be saying his farewells to anyone he came in contact with.
