Tottenham goalkeeper Heurelho Gomes reckons they can take the club to a new level this season.

Gomes claims winning the FA Cup and bagging fourth spot in the League will mean Harry Redknapp will then be able to attract world-class superstars.

He said: "It would change a lot of things - the vision of the players.

"When you play Champions League games you face big clubs. This makes it good for the club with the money coming in and this will help to bring in more players to help us.

"I think we are good enough for the Champions League. I enjoyed playing there with PSV. Tottenham need to play in the Champions League because we are a big club.

"But I think we can do well in the FA Cup and the League, too.

"You need to be strong and I think we are very good at the moment."
