After winning their last three games at home, the Perth Glory are out to improve that record against the Newcastle Jets this weekend. In a match in which the club needs a win to stay in touch with the top four, Glory coach Dave Mitchell understands the importance of putting in a good performance at home against the reigning premiers.
"Our home form has been very good and we want to continue that," Mitchell told the club's official website.
"There will be a few changes this week, some are forced and some will be tactical. We have a great feeling around the club and everyone wants to be part of that.
"We'll be going all out to win the match and I have the utmost confidence that each and every player will be busting a gut to keep our form on the up".
The Glory will be buoyed by the return of key defender Hayden Foxe but will be without Dino Djublic for up to two weeks whilst the Jets say goodbye to Ecuadorian striker Edmundo Zura who has returned home.
Midfielder Shaun Ontong and defender Antun Kovacic have been included in an interim squad for Sunday's clash in Perth.
