Crystal Palace boss Oliver Glasner is eager to see the board lift their sights.

Glasner took charge of Palace last week after Roy Hodgson stepped down.

The Austrian told Sky Sports: "I said to the owners here that I'm not interested in just being in the league.

“I'm interested in being in the Premier League to be succesful. That's what drives me."

Palace must want more than just staying in the league. Otherwise he would be “the wrong man , " Glasner continued, “I find a team that I think will follow suit."
