Aston Villa goalkeeper Shay Given admits little was said between the players after their FA Cup final defeat to Arsenal.
Given revealed the Villa dressing room was a quiet place afterwards as they came to terms with the disappointment of such a massive let-down.
Given said: "We all needed to have an eight or nine out of 10 to beat Arsenal, and we didn't have enough players that did that.
"Arsenal are a great team, they deserved to win the game and it doesn't matter how tough it is to say, and how tough it is to take the ball out of the net four times, it's the truth. It's not a nice feeling.
"It's just a shame, the 4-0 scoreline. The last goal is a real kick in the teeth because the game is pretty much over and they've scored another goal. It looks like a proper hammering and that's disappointing.
"There's not much said to be honest. What can you say? You've lost 4-0 in the FA Cup final. The best team won, you just have to hold your hands up about that. Arsenal were a class act and we weren't good enough."
