Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has implored Olivier Giroud to redeem himself on Tuesday night.
The French striker had a shocker in the Champions League Round of 16 first leg as the Gunners capitulated 3-1 to Monaco at the Emirates Stadium and ahead of the all-important return bout, his boss has urged him to bounce back with a huge performance on his native soil.
"Giroud actually owes the revenge to him. He owes a great performance for himself," Wenger said.
"He missed a few opportunities in the first leg, but what striker doesn't miss an opportunity?
"He has the ability and the right mental level."
