Matthias Ginter has vowed to stay at Borussia Monchengladbach amid interest from Inter Milan, Chelsea and Atletico Madrid.
Europe's biggest clubs want centre-back Ginter after he enjoyed an excellent campaign for Gladbach.
But the 26-year-old is excited to spend next season with Gladbach, who will be competing in the Champions League.
"I'm definitely staying in Gladbach," Ginter told Kicker when quizzed on the exit talk.
"Of course I heard of the enquiries and was flattered by this attention, but I've said often enough how good things are for me in Gladbach."
On next season, Ginter added: "This team has huge potential, and the coach gives us a great deal of added value.
"With the amazing fans and surroundings here, this club is currently in the process of building something. I share these big ambitions and I also have a contract here."
