Ghana have sacked coach Chris Hughton after their elimination from AFCON at the group stage.
Ghana finished on two points and their hopes of reaching the knockout round were lost when results went against them last night.
"Chris Hughton has been relieved of his duties with immediate effect," a Ghana Football Association (GFA) statement said.
"The executive council has also taken a decision to dissolve the technical team of the Black Stars.
"The GFA will in the coming days provide a roadmap on the future direction of the Black Stars."
Former Newcastle United and Brighton boss Hughton took charge last year after Ghana's World Cup campaign.
