Getafe coach Jose Bordalas was delighted with their 3-3 draw at Atletico Madrid.
Borja Mayoral scored twice with on-loan Manchester United forward Mason Greenwood the best player on the pitch.
Bordalas later said: "I'm happy and pleased with the team's behavior. We have played a great game. We came with the intention and it has become clear that we have come to look for Atlético's goal.
"They have penalised us in the area, we knew that nothing can be granted. They have an incredible streak at home. I think we played it face to face, we have the feeling that we could have even won."
On Greenwood, he said: "Fantastic, like the whole team. I said it from day one, he is a fantastic player and he would reach his best level little by little, we have treated him really well. The whole team played a great game.
"We have our feet on the ground, we work to improve, I am happy with the team's behavior. It is not easy because we have an idea, a concept that we want to instill. The last few days the team has been performing really well.
"The team has a winning team mentality and that is what we try to instill. We are capable, we have to believe in what we are doing."
