England captain Steven Gerrard believes the form of his club Liverpool will be of great benefit to the national team.
The Reds are flying high in second spot on the Premier League table and have a number of players in the Three Lions squad for Wednesday night's friendly with Denmark at Wembley.
Daniel Sturridge, Glen Johnson, Jordan Henderson, Raheem Sterling and Gerrard himself are all part of Roy Hodgson's squad and the latter suggests the Anfield contingent will bring their confidence and quality to the international fore.
"There is a great feeling back at Liverpool, we're really really happy with where we're sitting in the table and the feeling's great," said Gerrard.
"Everyone's in good form and feeling very confident and hopefully if the lads are selected, they can bring those performances to Wembley."
Gerrard will be hoping he can win his 109th England cap tomorrow night while Johnson is set to notch up his 50th game milestone, Sturridge could play for the tenth time, Henderson is in line for his eighth cap and Sterling is gunning for just his second senior appearance.
