QPR boss Harry Redknapp is being told to name the players at Tottenham who he claims didn't want to play for England. The claim will not have gone down well with the long list of Spurs players who represented England from 2008-12 - and Redknapp's comments have not gone down well in the England camp either.
"If you make comments like that, you have to name them," England manager Roy Hodgson said.
"I could name a player with an educated guess, but 'players'? It's unfair to ask people to look back historically."
Captain Steven Gerrard shares Hodgson's thoughts on the matter.
"The comment is a comment, like 'them' and 'they' didn't want to play for England. Who? Name them? We need names. I don't know who he means. Five years ago? 10 years ago?
"If it's the case, it's disgusting."
