Genoa striker Diego Milito has dismissed reports of talks with Inter Milan officials on Tuesday.

Milito was at the San Siro for Genoa's Coppa Italia defeat to Inter, though took the game in from the stands.

"I was only in Milan to meet Diego Armando Maradona," said Milito. "Meeting him made me very happy. We spoke about the pluses and the minuses of the national team."
