Genoa president Enrico Preziosi has declared Diego Milito and Thiago Motta will be sold this summer.

"Someone like Milito is destined to leave us," sighed Preziosi. "We are not drowning and therefore are not forced to sell Milito. After all, it could be that I don't like the offer.

"Up until now I have not had direct contact with Inter, but I do know they are not behaving badly. It is normal for a club to listen to the player and his agent first."

Preziosi continued: "The money I would eventually get from Thiago Motta would be reinvested to form a squad at the level of the commitments that await us.

"I already know what I want."
