Genoa coach Gasperini won't fret over Milito setback

Genoa coach Gian Piero Gasperini insists they can handle the absence of star striker Diego Milito.

Milito has picked up an injury while in international duty with Argentina, but Gasperini says: "It is a shame because we all know that Diego is an important player for us.

"We must not let ourselves get discouraged and we need to look forward rather than backward.

"We have been told that Milito has sustained a muscular injury and could be out for around three weeks."
