Genoa coach Gian Piero Gasperini had sympathy for Pippo Inzaghi after victory at AC Milan.

The 3-1 result is expected to cost Inzaghi his job.

"It's a shame for him," said Gasperini.

"It's difficult to put up with the media pressure and this is a difficult situation, but that's football."
