Genoa and Chievo Verona are in talks over the future of defender Francesco Acerbi.
Acerbi is currently co-owned by Genoa and Chievo, who must first reach an agreement on the player's valuation and situation, before heading into any negotiations.
AC Milan hope to sign the centre-half as a replacement for Thiago Silva.
