Genoa coach Gian Piero Gasperini says they could manage to keep Diego Milito away from Inter Milan if they finish in the top four.
"Maybe the two are connected, we'll have to ask our President," said Gasperini after Milito's derby hat-trick.
"Unfortunately for us, we were without Milito for a long time and he finally rediscovered his fitness for the final weeks of the season. Clearly a player like this is an extra weapon in the last few rounds.
"As for what will happen later, despite what is said in the newspapers his future is by no means already written. Many things are still up in the air and we'll have to see where we all are at the end of the season."
