West Bromwich Albion midfielder Craig Gardner admits their derby defeat to Aston Villa was "devastating".
The two clubs meet again in the FA Cup this weekend.
"Tony Pulis has come in and it's two defeats in 12 games now - I think we got the right man, don't you?" the former Villa midfielder said with a smile.
"We have got to stick together. We are sitting nice in the league [in 13th on 30 points, five more than Villa], we have 10 League games left.
"Everyone was devastated on Tuesday. If you think we looked devastated on the pitch you should have looked in the changing rooms. It was hard to take but we are lucky to be able to put it right.
"We need to put it right. That's what we need to do, that's what we want to do, and that's what we will do."
