AC Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani is ready to sell Andrea Pirlo to Chelsea.
Gazzetta dello Sport says Galliani intends to move Pirlo onto Stamford Bridge and replace him immediately with Arsenal captain Cesc Fabregas.
Cesc would be offered a five-year deal worth £20 million and be handed the midfield strings by new Milan coach Leonardo.
