AC Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani admits they didn't deserve to beat Empoli yesterday.

Two late goals from Massimo Ambrosini and Kaka won the points for the visitors and Galliani said: "Football is strange. I think that Liverpool deserved victory more in Athens than Istanbul.

"We suffered their goal at the worst moment today and we won even though Empoli were playing better. In football those who win do not always deserve it."
