Galatasaray president Unal Aysal is convinced they can sign Atletico Madrid winger Arda Turan.
The Turkey international's agent has confirmed Gala's interest, along with Arsenal and Chelsea.
"I spoke with Arda and he said he wants to return," said Aysal.
