Turkish club Galatasaray are in pursuit of Didier Drogba according to his management company.
The Istanbul outfit have alrady secured the services of Wesley Sneijder from Inter Milan and now want former Chelsea star Drogba who is looking to terminate his Shanghai Shenhua contract.
Drogba's management cagency, the Sports PR Company, told Press Association Sport that a bid had come in for the Ivory Coast international.
"They (Galatasaray) have made a formal bid for him," said a spokesperson.
It is believed that an 18-month deal could be finalised by Sunday night with Drogba to head straight to Istanbul once his duties at the African Cup of Nations are complete.
