Galatasaray coach Roberto Mancini rates Manchester City as title favourites.
Mancini feels former club City will be too strong for Chelsea in the end.
"I think that Manchester City is the best team [in the Premier League]," said Mancini.
"They have the best players. I don't know if Liverpool, also doing very well in this moment, can win [the title].
"I think it will be a fight until the end between City and Chelsea."
