AC Milan are set to send Tiemoue Bakayoko back to Chelsea at the end of the season.

Sport Mediaset says he will also be fined €90,000 for being late to training on Wednesday.

Bakayoko was an hour late, blaming car trouble. But coach Rino Gattuso was so angry he ordered the entire squad into ritiro until Monday.

Milan are not buying Bakayoko's defence and have decided against triggering his €35m permanent option.

The decision has been made even if Milan qualify for next season's Champions League.
