Sporting Lisbon defender Eric Dier is being linked with a move to England.
Record says Fulham and Tottenham are chasing the England U21 international, who has had a previous spell on-loan at Everton.
Both Fulham and Spurs are willing to offer €5 million for Dier.
The young defender has come through the high-rated Sporting youth system.
