Alexander Buttner is attempting to terminate his contract with Vitesse Arnhem.

De Gelderlander says the fullback is demanding his deal be ripped up over the way he has been treated by Vitesse management this summer.

Buttner saw a move to Southampton collapse over the fee demanded by Vitesse, but he still hopes to make the move to Fulham before the market shuts.
