Fulham striker Pavel Pogrebnyak is determined to have a big Euros with Russia.

Having led Fulham's attacking line with admirable composure, Pavel is hopeful of making a similar impact for Russia at this summer's European Championship.

"Four years ago in Austria and Switzerland, we achieved unbelievable things," he told the Club's official magazine Fultime. "We reached the semi-final and played some fantastic football. It was an amazing achievement.

"To miss out was very difficult, but this is my chance to make up for that and it is a real honour to be part of the squad for Euro 2012. I would love to show my strengths on the highest stage and enjoy one of the top international tournaments."
