Fulham star Dempsey to link up with USA in Belgium

Clint Dempsey will join the USA squad in Brussels for Tuesday's friendly with Belgium. The US take on the Belgians at King Baudouin Stadium following their 1-0 loss to Costa Rica on the weekend and will have the Fulham star back in action after he sat out Friday night's match with a back problem.

Joining Dempsey in Brussels will be Real Salt Lake captain Kyle Beckerman and Hannover skipper Steve Cherundolo whilst Landon Donovan (LA Galaxy), Teal Bunbury (Sporting Kansas City), Fabian Johnson (Hoffenheim) and Chris Pontius (DC United) have all returned to their clubs.

Juergen Klinsmann has a 20-man squad for the clash with Georges Leekens' 37th-ranked Belgium outfit, which is the first meeting between the two nations since 1998.
