Fulham are likely to welcome back Moussa Dembele for the Boxing Day clash with West Ham United.
The Belgian forward has not played for the Cottagers since November 13 after aggravating an ankle injury on international duty but is expected to return to the matchday squad for the Hammers' visit.
"I hope to train this week and see how I feel - at the moment I feel good," Dembele told Fulham's official website. "The recovery has been very slow. I thought it was going to be faster but the most important thing is that I feel good now.
"I had a good rehabilitation. The most important thing is that my ankle is strong now so I'm happy about that."
It will be a much-needed return as Fulham have scored just four goals in their past seven matches and desperately need a striker back in the ranks.
