Fulham have had an offer for Fluminense midfielder Andre turned down.

O Globo says the Cottagers offered €20m for the 21-year-old last week.

But the Brazilian club does not want to part with the player in the winter transfer window.

Andre is a graduate of Fluminense's academy and will only for a 'crazy offer'.
