FC Utrecht midfielder Kevin Strootman is being watched by Fulham.
Fulham had scouts in the stands to check on Strootman in action last weekend. Strootman's agent, Chiel Dekker, says the midfielder has been a long-term target for several English clubs.
The 21 year-old only transferred to Utrecht from Sparta Rotterdam in January, but could be on the move to Craven Cottage in the summer.
