Fulham are favourites to land Huddersfield Town defender Terence Kongolo.

Football Insider reports Fulham are set to add another defender to their ranks after beating Sheffield United to the signing of Kongolo.

The Cottagers have continued to work on a deal for another centre-back despite bringing in Joachim Andersen and Tosin Adarabioyo on deadline day.

And Scott Parker's side are reportedly confident of getting the deal over the line before Friday's domestic deadline, after seeing off Sheffield United for the Dutch defender.

Konogolo made one appearance for Fulham after joining on loan before picking up a foot injury and now looks set to reunite with the west London club.
