Fulham boss Rene Meulensteen is chasing Pacos de Ferreira winger Paolo Hurtado.
The Mirror says Hurtado, 23, is available for £3.34million at his club Pacos de Ferreira, who are facing relegation from the Portuguese Primeira Liga.
The ace has been likened to former Peru international Nolberto Solano, who played for seven English clubs including Newcastle, West Ham and Aston Villa.
As well as the Cottagers, Sunderland boss Gus Poyet is also believed to be keeping an eye on Hurtado.
