Fulham boss Scott Parker is targeting Bournemouth midfielder Harry Arter.
The Sun says Parker wants to bring in Arter on loan.
Arter, who has fallen out of first team plans at Bournemouth, just happens to be Scott Parker's brother-in-law.
Bournemouth want £8million for the midfielder, however Fulham would have to sell someone in order to raise funds, so may opt for a loan deal instead.
Arter has played 254 games for the Cherries, but was on loan at Cardiff City for the majority of last season, where he played 25 games.
