Fulham boss Felix Magath insists Patrick Roberts is not for sale.
Liverpool and Arsenal are both keen on the teen.
But Magath has laughed off suggestions the Kingston-born youngster could leave.
"At the moment, we are not able to sell anybody who is playing for us," he said.
"He will develop to a Premier League player and I believe he'll be a national player for England in the next year.
"How fast he'll develop, nobody knows, but his skill is incredible."
