Fulham boss Felix Magath is using international week to run the rule over Mahamadou Diarra.
The former Real Madrid star hasn't featured for the Cottagers since December 2012 due to a serious knee injury.
But Diarra, 32, has resumed full sessions with the Fulham first team after Magath took charge a fortnight ago.
Should he impress, Magath will hand the midfielder a deal to the end of the season.
