Fulham boss Martin Jol hasn't ruled out moving for Aston Villa striker Darren Bent.

Bent is up for sale at Villa ahead of next month's transfer window.

"I signed him at Tottenham because if you saw him at Charlton he scored almost one every two games, so I thought he's a quality finisher," Jol said in the Fulham & Hammersmith Chronicle.

"You never know, but we've got three good strikers.

"We've got Hugo Rodallega, Mladen Petric and Dimitar Berbatov. In the hole, we've got (Bryan) Ruiz. Of course we could do with maybe another creative player in that position, then I could leave Berbatov up front all the time."
