Fulham boss Martin Jol rues losing his best players.

The Cottages will face Spurs today with former stars Mousa Dembele and Clint Dempsey in their line-up.

"I have a good eye for players but most of the time if they are with me they play well and then go on to a better club,'' lamented Jol.
