Fulham boss Martin Jol is willing for Matthew Briggs to extend his loan with Bristol City.
Whites boss Jol is happy for the 21-year-old to remain with the Robins as long as John Arne Riise stays fit.
"It depends on our situation," the Dutchman told the Fulham Chronicle.
"If we have an injury in that position, for example left-back, then I will take Briggs but if not we could extend his loan."
