Fulham boss Martin Jol expects a boost from Brede Hangeland's return for their clash with Newcastle United.
The Cottagers have not won in their last seven league games and Hangeland has missed the last three through suspension.
"Consistency," said Jol. "I don't remember him being injured. He is always available and you will always play a player like him.
"Last year when we had Europa League matches, I said 'maybe it's better if we rest you' but he didn't want to.
"He has brought a lot to this club. He is the perfect pro."
