Fulham boss Martin Jol is delighted with their capture of Zdenek Grygera.
Fulham's first signing on deadline day was former Juventus defender Grygera, a versatile defender that Jol knew plenty about before capturing the player on a one-year deal.
Jol told fulhamfc.com: "He's [Grygera] a player I knew from Holland," explained Jol. "He then went to Juventus and he's a very versatile player. He started off as a right back, then he played for a few years at left back and he was a centre back at Ajax.
"He's [Grygera] a boy that can fill in at the back, at right back and centre back, and he's a good addition to the squad."
